Another 65 degree day, so of course it was spent outside. This time we ventured off a little farther than the yard. We saw some different flowers than the day before, but equally as beautiful.

Skunk Cabbage....And yes, it really does smell like skunk.
Here is a HUGE tree trunk that was once cut and then grew out and around itself again. It really is big. I didn't have a volunteer to stand next to it to show the actual size, but it was ginormous.
And Sadie loved playing outside. She got completely full of mud and needed a bath by the end of the day.
Hey your selective focus is seriously great. The skunk cabbage in front of the pond and also the trillium seen through the leaves in the foreground are awesome!
